My first interview was not at the location I had applied at, but the manager of the location I applied at also manages two other locations. I had my interview at a second location, it lasted about 15 minutes, maybe a bit longer. The manager was nice, asked me mostly about my personal life, and didn't really go into situational questions.

Had to phone numerous times to schedule the interview as I was not getting a callback. Once I finally got ahold of someone to interview me I was hired on the spot.

Interview
Interview was about 20 mins. with questions aimed at customer service experience and scenarios. The interviewer was pleasant and gave me realistic expectations of what the job would be like.
