I had three virtual interviews and one in person interview. The virtual interviews were all scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. It was about six months after the in person interview before I heard anything back and it was just a voicemail from the recruiter. I already knew I didn’t get the job from LinkedIn before i heard a rejection from the recruiter.
