I initially got a request for a phone interview with someone who seemed to be from HR. I was asked run of the mill questions about myself and my work history. Whenever. I asked questions about the position this person did not seem to have much knowledge about the position.
I was then asked to have another interview with a person who would have been my superior. This was via zoom. This was much more in depth and this person was much more knowledgeable about the company, and position. I appreciate their candor in response to any of my questions.
When that interview concluded I was told that they wanted to have another in person interview with me and the person I had my initial interview with would reach out to me to get that scheduled. No one ever reach out to me, I emailed both individuals I interviewed with multiple times trying to give grace for the lack of communication and never got a response from either.
It felt like a waist of my time. If I wasn't the candidate they wanted to move forward with that is fine, but at least have the decency to tell me.
