Was contacted by owner for phone interview a few days after applying. There I was asked extremely inappropriate questions. When I disclosed my above 3.0 GPA, I was asked why it was so low. I was surprised when they asked for me to come for an in-person interview at their office. They asked to bring a printed out copy of my transcripts. In the interview, they whispered and circled potions of my transcript, while asking extremely inappropriate questions about my personal life and family. As someone who just graduated from college and was desperate for a job, I didn’t realize how inappropriate it was or how they were taking advantage of my naivety. Looking back, I should have never accepted this position the interview alone was a reflection of what the company is and how they will treat their employees.
