I applied via referral, and the process from start to finish took about 2 months. Michelle was my recruiter and AJ was my recruiting coordinator. They were both great to work with. I especially appreciated AJ taking the time to help me prep for the interviews and keeping me updated on the process. Michelle did a good job of keeping things moving rapidly after the onsite. The only constructive feedback I have here is that she missed the wrap-up and was late to one of our calls, which she did apologize for. Everyone I spoke with was awesome! I was genuinely excited about the prospect of working with them. They all seemed happy and enthusiastic about the future of the company. I'm seriously bummed I won't get to work with them! The role also seemed interesting and with the opportunity to make a lot of impact. I was initially worried that they were still hiring for a manager for the team and that they'd had to let go of their L&D team earlier in the year. However, it sounds like they had turned a corner and were focused on rebuilding the team. Their offer was fair and competitive. I had a chance to talk to the CEO during the offer process, which was cool.
