The interview process was fairly thorough. Over the course of the interview I spoke with 6 people (a combination of managers and upper-leadership) and was eventually extended an offer. The internal recruiter did a very good job of getting back to me and letting me know exactly where I was in the process. Though I am absolutely thrilled with the end result of getting an offer, had I not received an offer I still would have taken this as an overall positive experience. The team that interviewed me is very honest and let me know right away what they liked about me as a candidate while also offering up potential reservations in a constructive, respectful manner.
