One Aptitude test and A technical written exam with, moderate level of question. Interviews further are based on the response and depth of knowledge.
Technical interview might be long or short based on the requirement.
HR round is smooth as usual.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ThoughtFocus (Bengaluru) in Oct 2014
Interview
There were total three rounds of interview for fresher. Written Test, Face2Face Technical and HR round.
Technical and written was easy and only needed basic knowledge to answer.
Java was also basic program question.
