Thompson Aero Seating interview questions

The interview was a two stage process. Initial stage with HR with general questions, then second stage a face to face interview with senior engineering staff. I was asked a variety of questions from my previous experience to how would a part be manufactured.

STAR based questions and general background to candidate and skills that suit the role. Far east sourcing/ cat management/ negotiation etc. Fairly relaxed atmosphere over teams. Reps from both procurement and HR present
