The interview process was unprofessional. In my first interview with HR I had to ask more questions than the person conducting the interview. This wasn't a huge problem but worth noting. The second interview went well and I was told I would be getting a third interview recommendation. After waiting for 2 weeks I reached out to the HR employee directly via email. I received no response. After 4 more business days I reached out to the company via Indeed. HR finally responded telling me to wait until Friday for a response. They responded Friday stating they moved on with another candidate and I was never given a third interview, even though I was told I would get one. Overall there was a disconnect between HR and the cybersecurity department. This whole process was time consuming and very unprofessional, as I was never given the third interview I was promised.
