The interview process involved different role options — Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer, and Business/Data Analyst. An Online Assessment (OA) was conducted only for the Business/Data Analyst role, while candidates for the other roles proceeded directly to the interviews.
The interview stage consisted of two technical rounds followed by one HR round. The technical rounds focused on evaluating problem-solving skills, project understanding, and technical knowledge related to the chosen role. The HR round assessed communication skills, personality fit, and overall enthusiasm for the position.
