I applied through a reference from College. The first round was submitting a solution for a case study about merchandising and uploading an online interview (answering some questions which you had to record). For every position you apply you have a different case study. The online interview is recorded through an special web app so you can not record your answers more than once.

Longest interview process. Multiple multi-hour ibferview rounds with a half day interview for the final round. I did this on 3 separate occasions for three different *but similar) positions. I had a few of the same people interviewing me for the different positions. Just seems like a lot of wasted time on their part and mine to have me interview for multiple positions with the same people. Very long and drawn out process that was draining.
