Interview
The recruitment process followed a written test (Excel and word) and in-person interview. The panel included the manager and Human resource team. The questions were direct, easy. The entire interview lasted for 15 min max. and the hiring decision is usually provided within the same day (in case of campus recruitment, wlk-in interviews) or a maximum of a one week.
