Easy and comfortable, informal and more of a conversation rather than an interview, the beginning felt like it dragged on a bit while waiting for it to get started, but it was not stressful because the interviewer was so kind.

first, you have to apply through a forum then they will email you asking for an interview which is mostly online the interview is 20 mins long or so by the head of the dept you are applying for

After submitting your application, the next round are video interviews with the department head or CEO. They do keep them to the point, without weird questions I’ve had to answer for other fellowships/internships.
