Interview
A long day consisting of 2 interviews ( one which included a 45 prep beforehand) one interview was about you and the other was being in the role of a allocation analyst ( which what the 45 min prep was for, where you had data to work with etc) then there was 2 group tasks, one was a fictional scenario where we had to work together to get the best outcome and the other was discussing Tkmaxx products in line with there BFPQ strategy.

Interview
Assessment Centre Day at Watford HQ. Had to complete an allocation task related to pre-work, then our hour long 1-1 interview with two assessors, then the opportunity to speak with grads and look around the offices. After that was lunch before we presented our allocation task to 2 different assessors which took 30 minutes. Then we finished with the group task in teams of 6 people.
