The Syndicate (NJ) interview questions

Interviewers were very friendly, Casual but kept the interview professional. Overall structured well. Both interviewers asked thoughtful and practical questions that helped me understand their company and the expectations needed for the position.

It was not complicated. It was a primarily behavioral interview with a few questions to try and assess creativity. The interviewer and I spoke mainly about past experiences. It was only a round or two.
