Informed it was then a three part interview process and the next step would be doing an assessment.
Despite 10+ years industry experience, a meeting management degree , and a Prince2 PM cert … they wanted me to spend “just a few hours “ on an project plan before an actual hiring manager interview.
Total joke - if you want half a days worth of work done to “prove” you should have the opportunity to interview , make your intentions clear. Time is money.
