Very informative but lacking finesse for a 5 star hotel. You'd expect impeccable training in all aspect. A balance of warm but professional. It's seems like its below par, from all the staff i encountered and the only person who gave me what i look for in terms of brilliance is the lady that works in security. Giving me a smooth sailing and very kind. The shard could used that.
