Interview
There are 2 interview rounds generally, first is the culture & value focussed round in which they check how fit you would be in their company's culture and your mindset around ownership and collaboration style. The second one is the technical round in which they would judge you on your technical skills and knowledge.

Experience based questions and platform wide questions specific to ServiceNow. There were also questions around Agile/Scrum methodologies.

The interview took place over two stages, the first with an Engagement Manager focusing on values and culture within the workplace and the second with a Technical Architect focusing on technical questions within the systems used, both were conducted online with one hour timeslots.

Values and Culture questions, focused around previous work experience, how you engage with clients and how you help knowledge sharing and cooperations between colleagues
