The initial interview process was decent and I was shortlisted for the last round. The last interview was with the COO of the company and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. There was a lot of judgement involved on things that should not really matter whereas, my skills were completely overlooked. I did not hear back from anyone about the status of my application until I sent the follow up mail. It is very important to not take a candidate’s time and effort for granted and make a better system to evaluate talent. Give proper reasoning for rejection at least after the last round.
