The interview was an informal sit down with just the direct supervisor- I met everyone else in the department briefly after our initial discussion. Very standard questions and a brief run down of the day to day operations

First there was a phone interview, then an in person interview with head of the Art department and the head of Human resources. They were very friendly but asked a lot of the cliché interview questions.
