Interview
There was a zoom assessment with one of the instructors that lasted about 30 - 45 min. While this interview was easy and we breezed through it and it looked to be promising, with the basic syllable testing and prefix/post testing; I never received a call or email about if I was considered for the position of not. I was told I would receive a call back shortly after the assessment was complete. A few days turned into a few weeks and I never hear anything back. I then wrote HR and they said someone would definitely reach out to me; the same thing happened no communication whatsoever. I felt very let down and like they were very unorganized with the hiring process. Instead of leading me to believe someone would reach out to me this entire time, what would have been cool is if they'd let me know anything at all.

This was an assessment that required hands on knowledge such as placing prefixes where they belong on a word using color coding on a document through zoom and counting syllables on a given word these questions would most likely change per individualized assessment.
