A formal phone interview first . Then, in-person interview with two interviewees at the office. The third round is an interview with the entire staff. This is to be sure everyone agrees you would be a good fit for the company .
There is a phone interview first - a formal interview, not just a get to know you conversation. The second interview is in person with the Office Operations Specialist and Marketing Manager.

What is a job that you have worked that was your least favorite?
The interview process was very informative and beneficial. It was helpful in order to learn more about the company. I felt that it was of average difficulty. I would interview again.
