In my experience, the graphic design interview process started with submitting my resume, cover letter, and portfolio, where I carefully selected projects that showcased my versatility and creative thinking. After being shortlisted, I had an initial screening call with HR to discuss my background, skills, and interest in the role. This was followed by an interview with the design team, where I presented my portfolio, explaining my design process, tools I used, and how I approached solving specific design challenges. I was also given a design task, which allowed me to demonstrate my creativity and technical skills. Finally, I had a discussion with the manager to assess how well I aligned with the company’s values and work culture.
