Well the first interview is basically just learning the job requirements and the shifts available.
Pretty much what is on the job application (online). my interviewer was friendly and knowledgeable about the different job opportunities. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and told that I will hear from her if there will be a second interview.

Quick interview. They asked about my schedule and about how many days a week I could work. They prefer your weekends to be open and available to work. The interview was in a small office.

Show up with jeans and a polo to an interview with the HR leader at the store where some simple personality and character questions are asked that are typically of an interview like this.

How do you handle situations where there was a conflict between two coworkers?
Applied online, they got back pretty quick for a quick phone screen. Then an in person interview where they offered the job. Asked if I understood this is a physically demanding job.
