The Guardian Associate Software Engineer interview questions

People are nice and kind. The first interview ask you about technical question and questions on your resume. The second interview is a pairing test to pair up with engineer as a navigator. We have a good time during the interview. However, the feedback is in the opposite side, so I'm quite confuse about it. The whole interview process takes me a month. I wish I can receive the result earlier.
