The interview was great! While I decided not to move forward in the process based on a personal decision the Co-CEO I spoke with was kind, smart and very honest with the expectations of the role. She has a clear vision and what seems to be a kind heart to take this business in the right direction. She made it very clear of the amount of work it takes to be successful in the role and what potential growth could come as a result. She also took the time to answer questions I had about some of the not so great reviews listed on here and was honest and transparent about where these stemmed from (former CEO).
