I interviewed at The Electoral Commission (London, England)
Interview
Three stage process - recruiter screening call with competency questions, first interview and second interview.
Unfortunately was ghosted after a positive second interview and despite chasing numerous times never received a human response just eventually an automated rejection email.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Electoral Commission (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
I found the initial experience interesting and useful, and the panel were accommodating to my request for a virtual interview,
What has soured my taste and show the experience is in the follow up. I am incredibly disappointed that the offer made by the hiring manager for feedback has not yet been completed, and I have received no communication since getting notified of being unsuccessful at interview over 3 weeks ago. I have tried multiple times in contacting the hiring manager, and have received nothing in response.
It is rude to say you will offer feedback, and after numerous attempts of contacting, there isn't even a holding response. It has really damped my interview experience with the Electoral Commission.

Interview
Emailed in an anonymised copy of my CV when applying. The invitation to interview was sent via email with a time to interview which they kindly changed as it was not possible for me to attend. Actual interview took place over video call, had three interviewers who were all introduced in the beginning. Very friendly atmosphere throughout.
