I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Cobblers (Austin, TX) in Mar 2022
Interview
I flew out from Austin for an onsite in their Miami office for two days.
The process included meeting leadership, the team I would lead, taking an hour online test, and preparing a 30 - 60 - 90 plan.
I would pay close attention to the reviews that are posted here on Glassdoor for the current/former employees.
I had expenses related to the interview process that they said they would reimburse("we will reimburse via ACH no more than 72 hours after your departure"). It actually took them 21 days after departure or (504 hours) and several emails that went ignored.
From an interview perspective they seem unorganized, and rude. They didn't let me know either way if I got the role or not which is obnoxious based on the amount of effort I put into the process...based on the reviews here and my experience I dodged a bullet.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
What would you do during your first 90 days?
Met with the CFO virtually because of the pandemic. He provided a great overview of the company and asked insightful questions. Unfortunately, he also let me know that I would not be selected.
