The Coalition interview questions

I was using the recruiting company that they use, and had to talk with the recruiter many times. I never got to speak with anyone directly, however each chat with the recruiter the job seem to change and initial pay range was decreased. After doing this back and forth for about a month I withdrew my name from the process as it was not what I had expected.
