I applied online and a few days later they called me for an interview warning me that it was a group interview and she asked me if I'm okay with it. At the interview, I meet the other candidates and the manager. He asked us to introduce ourselves, whats my favorite store to shop, what would I bring to the store, and also he told us about the company, sale associate duties and expectations his looking for. After that he told us to come for the second interview with the store manager. The next day, the store manager asked about my work experience, why did I quit, what customer service means to me and teamwork. Finally she told that she'll meet with the manager and discuss on whos going to get hired and that shell be calling in the weekend for the employement. I was waiting for their phone call and I never got it. Till yesterday, ( a week later) the manager asked if im still considering on working there, I said no, he asked why, and I said because I was offered a job already. (target)
