The manager took me and another person to the back and talked to us about the job and scheduling flexibility, what to wear and what customer service is all about. The interview was very quick and I started about two weeks after the interview.

The multiple round interview process went by super quickly with great communication, only to not hear anything back whether it was an offer or a rejection. So unprofessional and a total waste of time.
