This has been the most unprofessional recruiting experience I’ve had. I’ve been contacted three separate times with no actual interviews scheduled. Each time, I’m led to believe there’s an opportunity, only to be ghosted or told later that it’s not a fit. It’s frustrating and a waste of candidates’ time.

Question 1
Questions about background with many calls to schedule interviews that panned out to nothing
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Bridger Group
Interview
Incohesive. I was cold-contacted by numerous employees after having already interviewed without acknowledging that. Not a great feeling when you spend hours interviewing with numerous people on a small team. Guessing there's no internal ATS system being used. Interviews were inconsistent and seemed very surface-level. Repetitive questions that didn't necessarily pertain to the job or evoke applicable responses from previous work. Left those conversations confused.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work here?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Bridger Group (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
The interview I felt was a little vague . I felt the testing was truly nothing to pertain to position . What is difficulty in any interview is they don’t even follow up . They say they will call back and don’t . To me at least respond .
