On call it was good and nice but It depends on your exp. You had in past . Definitely good for asian but salary could be lower than average. Job market

Process took about 6 weeks from application to offer of employment . I sat with a panel of 4 managers. Very interactive. The HR kept communicating about the next process and eventually i got an offer.
