The Bar Council interview questions

It was a two-stage interview - one online and one in person. Both were panel interviews with the chief executive and members of the senior management team. It was a mixture of competency-based questions, scenario questions, and 'fit' questions (ie around preferred ways of working). The application was CV and covering letter uploaded via a website.
