Was asked to a bunch of basic IT questions. What is DHCP, what is a gateway, what to say if a customer calls and says they're webcam isn't turning on, etc...

They showed a picture of a windows desktop with the file explorer open. A bunch of file folders had red x's on them. Client is saying he can't connect to these folders. Why?
