Interview
This man ( Terry Jackson) will chew you up and spit you out. He did not crack half of a smile in my interview. He showed up via Zoom and didn't turn his camera on. He criticized my resume which was reviewed and approved by my college career center. He criticized me on about 10 other points as well. His paralegal is an angel and I feel terrible that she works with him everyday. After criticizing me throughout my entire interview he called to offer me the job. The salary was posted as 36K and he offered 32K. Absolutely laughable, especially considering the office is in Midtown Atlanta. When I asked about the initial salary posted he replied "If you want to squabble over 2K then this isn't the job for you." I have met a lot of ego driven and inconsiderate men in my short time in the legal industry but Terry Jackson takes the cake. Do NOT waste your time sitting in traffic to interview with this hateful man. Extremely unprofessional, I hope he doesn't speak to his client's the way he spoke to me and his paralegal.

Question 1
His paralegal conducted the interview after he joined the zoom call. There was a big stack of paper with about 20 general knowledge questions to determine if you are a dumb dumb or not. (ie. name the current SECDEF, What continent is BLANK located on, etc.) I had to write all my answers down. After that there was informal conversation part to the interview and a personality test.

Interview
Upon meeting Mr. Jackson I was given a large questionnaire packet that contained various personal questions, grammar, and proofreading. Given a short amount of time to work through what you can. Then you meet with Mr. Jackson and his lead paralegal. Completing with an online questionnaire and test performed on their Mac.
