Initial Data Analyst Team Lead call. Explained what the company did. Asked questions based on my Resume. Elaborated my Work Experience and what I wanted to work on. TBH I was not interested in what they wanted from me

Disjointed and it didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Kept wanting me to have phone interviews with other people after having initial interview. Felt like I was being strung along. Seemed like they were scared to make a decision.
