Interview
Came in shortly after submitting an online application, was interviewed by a very friendly employee about past work experience, then the owner came out for a second round and proceeded to intimidate and belittle with every question and statement, bragging about how hard he works his (mostly young, college-age) employees. I did nothing to invite this behavior, I definitely got the feeling the man behind the gelato was just a total jerk and I honestly came out of the interview feeling awful for his employees.
