I interviewed at Telia's Head office in Solna. I applied online and heard back from them 6 weeks after the application (negative). The first stage was a skype call with the team leader. Informal but also technical. (positive experience) I was invited on site for a second round after 1 week to meet members of the team. Relaxed atmosphere. Technical and personal questions. Overall a good experience and not very difficult. I was told that they would get back to me within 2 weeks. 2 months later I still have not heard back from them. I decided not to send an email to ask them just to test if they would get back to me. With that kind of behaviour towards candidates, this is probably a company that I will never apply to again.
