They only take money and then give job profile related to lower grade jobs of labours, give work related to climbing towers to engineers. Very poor management and staff. They should improve

after the training which was about 3 months long, the Technical round was done. then Hr round was done which specified the company policies. then the salary was discussed and then salary account was opened.
