I got the opportunity through my collage placement, and unfortunately got selected. you may ask why I call it unfortunate, then let me start from the beginning. There are 2 rounds exact some might think it is 3 but actually it is 2 round. In First round they will provide Google doc with 10 relatively easy coding questions and you have to correct atleast 6 to get selected for the next round. They selected arround 60-80 students and 4 fot selected. In second round they will call you for the 1:1 Interview. There are 2 possible outcome. 1. If you correct all 10 programing questions then you will have to face only one round which will be with the company director, who will give you some problems ranking from simple to moderate. If you perform well you might get the highest package they mentioned in the mail. 2. If You were not able to correct all the 10 questions then you have to go through two rounds first one is HR come technical where they will see your basic understanding over programming, if you will able qualify then you have to face another interview which one will be with director and will be same as "1". Though if you are going through this process then it is rare that they will give you what they offered in the mail. Suggestion - Do not appear in the interview if you feel you did not correct all the questions, because once they give you offer latter and you decide to not accept it then your placement cell will blacklist you so be careful. After all that there management is so week they took 5 months to give us joining date is addition with false promises like whenever I call the HR he used to say "will give the joining letter next month" and that was really frustrating as well as depressing. I think they want some candidates to move for some other companies. The experience with them was really not good enough. Even if you got selected in this company do not sit calmly, go for out campus try for other companies.

The interview process was very smooth. The interviewer was very helpful and the full environment of taking the interview was very comfortable. The first round was coding round. Question type was easy to medium And after that we are sort listed for final interview round.
