"I Directly Received the task from HR on 12/Aug/2024 after applying on LinkedIn without any call from HR informing/asking about the Work Experience/package. There were two tasks one was a Desktop task and the other was a Mobile app with different problem sets which had to be completed within two days ie.14/Aug/2024 and I submitted the Mobile task within 14/Aug/2024. I waited for a few days and asked for feedback through mail. On 23/Aug/2024, I got a second mail asking for a few past tasks from the previous company for their reference and I sent them on the same day. I got a Call from HR on 05/September/2024 asking for the current package and excepted I informed my package and expected I said as per company standards, and without a proper reply she cut the call rudely. This call to ask about budget and experience should have happened on the first day itself, but HR was so busy that they skipped the basic first step. Good Ethics."
