There are 2 stages of online interview. First one takes 30-60 minutes of interview with HR. There are assignment that need to be completed before next interview. Second interview takes around 3-4 hours with different assessment ( 1 to 1 iv with manager incharge, role-play activity and HR interview.

The interview involved HR and Hiring Manager. It can be quite intensive and friendly. The interview questions require many thoughts and reflection to gauge our competencies and mission fit. Best to read through the core competency on the website before attending the interview.
