Interview
One in-person interview fairly short and basic interview questions. The manager interviewing me was professional but friendly, which made me more confident. Overall, the interview lasted about 15 minutes. I was offered the job on the spot which I appreciated as I was qualified.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
