Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.

Interview
I applied online then was invited to do an on demand virtual interview where I filmed myself responding to a few questions. I had 3 attempts at each question so there wasn't a lot of pressure to get it right on the first attempt. I was then given the job offer and scheduled an orientation meeting.

Describe how you work with people with different backgrounds and experiences.
Filled out on line application and was called same day for phone screen and conditional offer. Signed and accepted offer through on line portal and set up for a training schedule within a day of signed offer.
Very simple interview process back when I interviewed. Applied, got a call shortly after to set up a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview/orientation after the initial interview.
