There is no interview. You will get the job based on the assessment and your resume it has to align with the job description. The assessment is pretty self explanatory, but they want to make sure you are a team player and also trustworthy.

They do give you the option to choose if you work AM or PM. Choose wisely
The interview process consisted of me and one other person in a small dark room. They asked me basic generic questions regarding personality. At the end of it, I was not offered the job likely as it was my first ever real interview.
The onboarding process was fantastic—simple, easy to follow, and incredibly informative.
