Pretty easy simple questions asking hypothetical situations and so forth about customer service, overall if you study a bit on Google with basic q's then you should be good. you should be okay

It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
