Online, one way interview, with no means to contact a in response. Completely automated system, that is very distrustful to your time as a candidate. Huge red flag to not be allowed to ask question about the job, nor to have any human put any time and effort into you for the time and effort you're putting them in.

Generic questions that ranged from 'Can you confirm that you haven't left a job within three months of starting it' to 'Explain why your a good fit.'
Everything as far as I reached was completed remotely. I submitted an application online, then received via email expressing interest to have me submit a virtual interview on video answering 6 questions, along with 2 links. The company started as handling it was called HireVue. Neither link worked & only gave the same error messages no matter which browser used.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Druid Hills, GA) in May 2024
