Interview
Candidate is contacted by recruiter, typically a member of the district office. Candidate is then referred to a local store to be interviewed by Store Team leader. In some cases, the district team leader will conduct a first interview. The interview is multi-part: STL, DTL and District HR. Separate interviews may all happen on the same day, or on separate days.

Most interview questions focus on self and team development. Typical questions include how you would handle conflicts, self assessment questions like being able to talk about times you made a mistake or bad choice.

Three rounds of interviews two phone interviews and one in person interview. They asked behavioral interview questions. Questions about how you work with a team or to try to understand you personality. Very friendly HR team.
