The process was based on situation, behavior, and results. You meet with 3 - 4 individuals and they are allowed 30 minutes to ask a series of questions where you describe a situation you had to deal with in your past and they rate your response based on criteria that they are looking for.

It was a Situation/Behavior/Response with three different individuals. The goal of the interview was to see how you would respond in different situations. If you answered the way they wanted you to by showing collaboration you stood a better chance of being hired.
